We are available to assist you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have [14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and it must be in the original packaging. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well.

The Terms & Conditions that allow for a refund are listed below:
- Incorrect/ mismatch item delivered from us
- Defective item
- Underweight product

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it accordingly and notify you on the status of your refund after inspection is completed.

If your return is accepted, we will start the refund process according to your original payment method. Depending on the rules of the payment gateways that accepted your payment, you will receive the credit in a specific number of days according to their terms & regulations.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
